Get out of the office. Too many of us are guilty of not taking our lunch breaks and while its easy to bang on about the importance of taking your full hour & recharging away from your desk, the reality is, particularly in these times of lowered job security, we simply do not have the hours in the day to step away from our work for our entire allocated lunch break. So why not just take 10, get out & go for a walk. Stretch your legs, grab a coffee, take a daily photo or do some window shopping, just by taking a few minutes to get your mind off your work & will re-energise you for the afternoon.

Permission for a blatant plug? I'm trying to organise a big meetup for female bloggers in the UK, and thought you might be interested! The post is here: http://sparkleandglitter.co.uk/2009/02/calling-all-uk-based-lady-bloggers/ and there's a Yahoo group plus I'll be creating a Facebook group for it too! I'd love to meet you!
"Get your favourite photograph printed onto a blocked canvas" I love that idea but I'll be honest, I'd have no idea where to get something like that done. Maybe I'll buy a canvas and try to replicate an image on to it (at best, it'll be "abstract")
